Meet Derek B.DavidSoriano

Derek grew up In Northern California and developed a passion for business and entrepenuerialism in his late teens. After years in Real-Estate, he went to Law School and entered practise in 2015.

Derek recognized that many of the members of our community were seeking legal help from firms out of town and based in larger metropolitan cities, and in 2024 he formed THE SIERRA NEVADA LAW CORPORATION. Our firm is focused on CDTFA Tax Law,  Asset Protection, Complex & Special Trusts, and unique solutions for business entities.
